We are 8 minutes from the Cut River Bridge, 42 minutes from the Mackinac Bridge, 32 Minutes from Silver Mountain skiing/sledding hill and disc golf course. Also, we are only one of two house on 200 ft of dirt road. You can leave the driveway to enter directly onto an assortment of ORV trails! Snowmobiling, ATV riding, or simply driving around to enjoy scenery in your truck. Our cabin could be just what you need for your perfect getaway!

Hi! I’m Jessica Huyck, get to know me to see if I could be the manager you’ve been searching for to caretake for your home away from home. Those close to me know I LOVE to clean and organize. It’s been a passion I’ve always had and have done for others. Apart from people pleasing as another trait I’ve always had, but I took that as being more of a negative stance up until I was able to guide the people pleasing in positive ways to benefit others and myself. I’ve successfully operated my own cleaning business since 2014 making time for residential homes, vacation rentals, and businesses. I’ve enjoyed different challenges from each client and take pride in meeting their needs to make sure they are pleased with our high standards that always seem to grow. Having established my first personal rental property in 2019, being our family cabin that my husband built in 2007 with his father, grandfather and brother, I’ve been hooked on pleasing each guests with new and updated amenities each chance I get. I’m now always diving deeper to find amenities for each properties needs based on the feedback from guests who actually stay and utilize each property I manage. In June 2021 my husband and I advertised another rental property which has also been doing as well as our first. Seeing each small success only drives me to get into the rental business more and more. I love seeing and managing otherwise vacant homes or cottages that owners only use part time bring them a revenue all while travelers have access to them with premium amenities. It really is a win win and often more affordable and beneficial for all than staying in a hotel. From the revenue it brings owners, affordability for guests, and jobs it creates for local maintenance workers, and small businesses, it seems to be the perfect option for all.
