We welcome you to enjoy the private pickleball court, high-end kitchen, hot tub, extra long dock with 277 foot of beach frontage, all on 3.77 acres!

The Space
This 5,200 square foot cottage has nostalgic pine walls in many areas of the house, modern decor, updated appliances, and endless, desirable, amenities.
The location which is just 3 minutes from Maple Bay's boat launch.
Guest Access
Guests can utilize the entire cottage and all 3.77 acres, except for the locked attached and detached garages.
The dock, pickleball court, gazebo, treefort, yard, patios, and house are all for guests use.

This is important for you to read, the hot tub is closed down during the cold season.
