Established in 2014, JRʼs Cleaning Service LLC specializes in cleaning, organizing, and staging for residential homeowners and vacation rental property owners in Northern Michigan.

To promote transparent pricing, we charge by the hour rather than by the job. This approach ensures that you only pay for the actual time spent cleaning your home—nothing more, nothing less. Our 2025 rate is $35-$40/hour, depending on the job and type of cleaning to be done.

*We can only clean vacation rentals signed with Huyckʼs Vacation Rental Management of Northern Michigan LLC. Sorry, we cannot accept other vacation rentals not under our management.
