The Indian River Golf Club is just a few minutes away, making this a great stay for golf weekends and summer getaways. You’re also conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, trails, and the famous Inland Waterway area.

Inside, you’ll find 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious walk-in shower, WiFi, and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The cozy backyard offers a firepit for evening bonfires, plus a porch and yard space perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake or trails.

This home is family-friendly, dog-friendly (please crate or bring pets with you when away), and ideal for every season — from boating and beach days to snowmobiling and ice fishing adventures.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the full single-level home, yard, porch, and firepit area. The garage will remain locked and unavailable to guests, along with a couple small owner storage closets if applicable.

Enjoy being within walking distance to nearby public swimming and lake access, plus close to local boat launches for easy days on the water. The Indian River Golf Club is only about 5 minutes away, Dairy Mart is around 6 minutes away, and Ken’s Village Market is approximately 8 minutes away for groceries and essentials. You’ll also be near walking and biking trails, local restaurants, beaches, and year-round Northern Michigan adventures.

Other Things to Note

A few things to note before booking:

• Dogs are welcome with approval and a pet fee. Untrained dogs or dogs left unattended must be crated while guests are away.
• Absolutely no cats due to allergies and cleaning sensitivities.
• Garage access is not included and will remain locked, along with a couple owner storage areas if applicable.
• While the home is close to public lake access and swimming areas, it is not lakefront property.
• The home is a spacious single-level layout just over 2,000 sq. ft., making it great for families and groups.
• Features include beautiful wood interiors, unique handmade furniture, skylights throughout portions of the home, a large walk-in shower, and a cozy Up North feel.
• Heat is provided by a forced-air natural gas furnace.
• Exterior security cameras are present for safety and property protection only.
• Quiet hours and respect for neighbors are appreciated. No parties or indoor smoking permitted.
