The Space

Welcome to our little piece of Heaven with "Live TV" viewing.

Guests have access to this 3 bedroom, 2 full bath with 2 car garage (4th room is locked for owners personal space), whole house wifi with open area living space, and outside kitchen.

Located on the Pigeon River with direct access to Mullett Lake and the famous 38 mile long Inland Lakes waterway system (Michigan's longest chain of connecting rivers and lakes, navigable by boat.) Think lunch at the famous “Pink Pony” on Mackinaw Island by boat in about 3 hours via the Cheboygan river connected to Lake Huron.

Centrally located 10 mins off of I75 and the village of Indian River.

30 minute drive to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Gaylord, Cheboygan and Mackinaw City.

Inside is recently updated boho chic living open kitchen living space with a gas stove situated on an angled island which overlooks the serene Pigeon River, "Live TV".

Living space is equipped with wrap around sectional seating for 6 adults with 3 reclining seats and a separate scandinavian lounge chair.

2 barstools to gather around the island to help cook up a gourmet meal or just socialize.

A four place comfortable dining room table that can extend into a spot for 6 people.

Separate coffee bar with a Keurug, drip style coffee maker and an instant hot water kettle.

Living space has a 46" TV which includes Directv and Roku for access to your personal YouTube, Netflix or Prime accounts. Recently added a 42" electric fireplace.

First bedroom has a queen bed with an adjustable frame and a TV with roku.

Second bedroom has a full size bed.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with storage drawers underneath the bed.

The master ensuite is a barrier free large walk in shower with separate vanity area.

Main hallway bathroom has a full size tub shower combination.

Walk through the kitchen sliding glass door onto the Trex deck, please be aware in the summertime mornings the deck does get warm on those little feet as the house faces the East.

You will find a sectional seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sip of wine.

As you go out the sliding door to your left there is a step down concrete patio with the HOT TUB, and your living area with outdoor kitchen space. Included are 3 grills, a flat top grill for your "smash burger" or anything else you would like to prepare, a Traeger smoker grill and a small tabletop gas Weber grill, all for your use. Along with a small beverage/condiment fridge.

You will also find a high topper table with 2 bar chairs and a 4 seating patio table with umbrella. There are ample relaxed seating areas available.

Patio has a bluetooth speaker for you to hook up to for your liking.

Step down the side steps to a large yard on the water with a wood burning fire pit for your evening of "Live TV" stargazing.

You have access to your own boat slip and dock with shore power if you should bring a boat. Boat rentals locally available. Boat Slip accommodates easily up a 27 ft. boat.

To access Mullett Lake you will need to go under a bridge so a radar arch/bimini top should be adjustable.

You can fish right out in front of the house on the "Pigeon River Spreads" or off the dock. Pike readily available, walleye are also known to be caught off the docks here!

Remember to get your fishing license right uptown at Pat & Gary's and to see what fish are in season. So don't forget that fishing gear!

A short walk on the main road across Coxey's bridge is Big Cox Party Store, where you can get your fishing bait, beer, wine, soda or hand dipped ice cream cones for that afternoon treat.

Parking for two vehicles in the garage and a third directly behind the house. You will also have space to park that boat trailer next to the garage or for a fourth vehicle.

• Pets are allowed with a pet fee.
• You must crate your animals with your own provided crate if they are UNTRAINED and unattended.
• Pet droppings must be cleaned up from our yard otherwise fees will follow.
