Located just 10 minutes from Ken's Village Market and 4 minutes from the "Wigwam" Bar and Grill, we offer a location close to all of Indian River's hot spots drawing travelers in from all over America.

This older Boca cottage offers 1,186 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Painted paneling with modern decor and premium standards of cleanliness throughout the space.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire interior of the cottage except one locked closet.

Outdoors, guests can have access to the 101 foot of Little Pigeon frontage, which is our private property, with parking in the front. 4 cars could fit with trade offs of room for boat trailers or campers.
