North Mullett Lake Cottage

Located on the north end of Mullett Lake in an HOA where everything is peaceful and maintained. We value cleanliness and great amenities to help ensure you have minimal stress during your stay with us.

We are the 3rd cottage on Dutch Village Lane. Although the cottages are in close proximity, you may utilize the immediate surrounding yard, shared beach area, aluminum row boat, walking the dock, and have short term access to a mooring system if you have a boat.

The Space

The 500 square foot cottage is a two-bedroom and one bath.

Please note that there is not an oven. We do provide a stovetop, small air fryer, microwave and toaster.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the immediately surrounding yard, there's an aluminum rowboat on the beach, access to the dock as far as walking on or swimming off. There's a fire area with provided firewood.

Important things to note!

We are in an HOA. There are several other close proximity Cottages.

Trash may be disposed of in the dumpster.

You may swim off of the dock or utilize it for walking on, but you may not tie your watercraft to the dock in case of potential danger for both your watercraft and the dock. Instead, you may utilize the mooring system.

There is no A/C but we have several fans.

We have a stove top, microwave and an air fryer but no oven.

We are not able to allow pets.
