Mullett Adventure

Bring the whole family to relax and reconnect at this spacious cottage on the North Eastern side of Mullett Lake.

We welcome you to enjoy endless adventures along one of the largest private shorelines on the lake with 4 kayaks, a 125 ft dock, gazebo, and fire area.

As you explore our cottage, not only will you discover an impressive supply of games and activities to entertain your party both inside and outside, but also a brand new kitchen and newly remodeled interior with premium amenities.

The Space

Guests will have access to two stories in the cottage, except for a couple locked owners closets and see locked attached garage.

Our main level offers you a full kitchen, dining area, full bathroom, master bedroom with a queen sized bed, laundry area, and a secondary living area with a variety of books, games, and a queen sized sofa bed.

Venturing to the second level of the cottage, you will discover 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds and attached full bathrooms in each bedroom.

The main level of the cottage can sleep up 4 guests while the second level can sleep 10 people split between the three bedrooms and office area which has a futon.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the cottage and property except a couple locked closets, basement storage area, and the attached garage.

There will also be a boat and car on the property that is off limits. The car will be in the driveway upon arrival.

Guests do not have access to the boat hoist but can swim off the dock.

Guests with boats are able to utilize the short term mooring system but we have been advised to not allow overnight or long term mooring meaning your watercraft should be taken out of the water at night to avoid damage.

Other Things to Note

Guests are welcome to use the dock, but not tie any watercraft directly to the dock as it could harm both your watercraft and our dock.

Instead, we have a mooring system with a buoy.

We advise to bring water shoes as the shore is rocky. The rocks eventually turn to sand the further down the dock that you walk.

Grass is scheduled to be mowed each Wednesday. Scheduling may need to be adjusted depending on weather. We hire a company to maintain, and they have a busy schedule, so the lawn maintenance company does not have much flexibility with their busy schedules.

We do have a boat cradle on the property that is off limits as it is not suitable for use.

Guests have access to pool towels and 4 kayaks.

Firewood will be provided.

The garage, basement, and a locked closet will be off limits for guests, yet the rest of the cottage is accessible.

The owners will leave a boat and vehicle on the property that will be off limits for guest. the car will be in the driveway upon pulling in.

There is a wide variety of patio furniture not yet listed in the photos. We will update photos of the patio areas once they are ready.
