The Space

2 out of 4 bedrooms have king sized beds, the 4th bedroom has two attached full bathrooms, a nursery with a stationary crib, a highchair, 3 queen beds, 1 single twin, a set of twin bunkbeds, and Marina views to top it off.

The full walkout basement has a pool table, games table/dining area, a large bar area (BYOB), full sized refrigerator, full bathroom, kegorator, and unbeatable river views.

The main area is an open layout with great appliances, dining table, a spacious living area with a large sectional couch, big screen TV and small workspace area.

The dock has space for your personal water craft (owners watercraft is off limits) and the yard is spacious and accommodating to watch boaters travel the Indian River.

• 10 minute boat ride to Burt Lake.
• Mullett Lake can be accessed by boat from our location.
• Boat Launch and trailer parking is just one house away.
• Minutes away from downtown Indian River (3 houses away from South Straits Hwy)

The balcony offers a propane grill for guests access and plenty of seating with doors from the kitchen and living area.

The patio and backyard provide a nice sized area for your group to play cornhole and enjoy a night in around the fire area.

• No parties or excessive noise as we love our neighbors and try to limit disruptions to them.
• Pets are allowed with a pet fee. Pet fee will be added to your reservation when you click on, "add pets".

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire house except a couple locked closets and the garage area.

Guests may not park on our grass for any reason. Overflow parking can be found at marina park which you can see from the driveway.

Marina park/playground may also be seen from our driveway.

Other Things to Note

• We are located ON the Inland waterway, minutes from the "Inn-Between", Green Docks, and Burt Lake. We are on the "Indian River" Yes, you CAN swim from the dock.
• We are one house away from the boat launch which also has trailer parking. Yes, you may utilize the dock but owners watercraft is off limits.
• No parties or excessive noise under no circumstances. This is important as we aim to remain in position standing with our neighbors and continue to share our location with others. Neighbors houses are near and there are no fencing separating houses nor yards.
• Our location offers free WiFi and air conditioning.
