The Space

Primary bedroom: king size bed, day bed w/trundle. (Sleeps 4 people). Lake view. Ensuite full bathroom, large walk-in closet, and TV

Bedroom #2: Queen size bed (sleeps 2 people).

Bedroom #3: Queen size bed, twin bed, bunk bed w/full size bottom bed and twin size on top. (Sleeps 5 comfortably but can sleep 6 people). Lake view.

All new 100% cotton bedsheets, pillows, pillow protectors, and mattress pads. Two sets of sheets per bed.

All new towels, hand towels, wash cloths and bath mats.

All new pots and pans, cutting knives, silverware, dishes, toaster, kitchen utensils, blender, mixer, measuring cups, measuring spoons, and scrub brush.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire Cottage except a couple locked closets, our large driveway, and 100 ft of frontage on beautiful Burt Lake.

We have a mooring setup installed in the summer months to store your boat. It is common practice for Lake Frontage. you are unable to tie your boat to our dock to prevent damages to both.

The owners and myself, Jessica, are dedicated to helping make sure you have a great stay with us. Please reach out if you have any questions at all!

We love to accommodate early arrivals and late departure when requested and available. This also depends on if we have a same-day check-in and a checkout because it will take the entire allotted time between 10:00 and 4:00 between bookings.

• No pets
• No parties/large gatherings
• No smoking of any kind inside the house.
• No docking boats using the dock. We are working on purchasing a mooring. There is a boat launch 1/2 mile away behind Hoppies (which also has a dock to dock boats)
