Guests will have access to the entire home, private dock, covered boat slip, outdoor deck spaces, and driveway parking during their stay.

  • This home was originally built in 1969 and has been updated over the years. While you’ll find many modern improvements, guests may notice some of the charm and character that come with a classic Northern Michigan cottage.
  • This property is located in a waterfront neighborhood. Neighboring homes are nearby, so we ask guests to be respectful of quiet hours and surrounding residents.
  • The garage and select owner storage areas are not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay.
  • The property is located on the Indian River with direct access to the Inland Waterway. Adult supervision is recommended for children near the water, dock, and boat slip at all times.
  • Wildlife, insects, and occasional spiders are a normal part of the Northern Michigan experience, especially during warmer months.
